Inklusif was founded on a single belief: every person, regardless of disability, deserves meaningful work and the dignity it brings. We're building the infrastructure for an inclusive Malaysian economy.
Why We Exist
Malaysia has over 500,000 registered Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) — yet the employment rate for this community remains below 35%. Traditional hiring platforms weren't built with accessibility in mind, leaving talented, motivated individuals behind.
Inklusif changes that. We combine AI-powered job matching, accessibility-first design, and deep partnerships with inclusive employers to create a platform where OKU job seekers can present their full potential — and where employers can find the talent they've been missing.
Built by a multidisciplinary team of engineers, accessibility specialists, and disability advocates — Inklusif is Malaysia's first employment platform purpose-built for OKU inclusion.
